We are looking for a therapist excited about supporting children in a clinic setting as well as their naturalistic environments (homes, daycares, etc.). This position has the potential for professional development opportunities and mentorship.

Key Details
Job Type: Full-time, salaried (guaranteed pay)
Pay Range: $72,000–$88,000 per year. Pay is guaranteed.
(based on experience, determined through our transparent company-wide pay rubric)Location: Concord, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday with some after-school hours; flexible scheduling available

🧩 What We’re Looking For
Experience in pediatrics (required)
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts (required)
Background check and valid driver’s license (required)
Experience with sensory integration, self-regulation, or feeding (preferred)
Independence, flexibility, and a passion for occupational therapy
📋 Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
Provide individual and group OT interventions to support participation and functional independence
Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams (SLPs, BCBAs, educators, etc.)
Provide education, coaching, and support to caregivers and staff
Maintain documentation and progress notes in accordance with company policies and professional standards
