Key Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, salaried (guaranteed pay)

  • Pay Range: $75,000–$91,000 per year. Pay is guaranteed.
    (based on experience, determined through our transparent company-wide pay rubric)

  • Location: Lowell, MA

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday with some after-school hours; flexible scheduling available

🧩 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in pediatrics (required)

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts (required)

  • Background check and valid driver’s license (required)

  • Experience with sensory integration, self-regulation, or feeding (preferred)

  • Independence, flexibility, and a passion for occupational therapy

📋 Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

  • Provide individual and group OT interventions to support participation and functional independence

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams (SLPs, BCBAs, educators, etc.)

  • Provide education, coaching, and support to caregivers and staff

  • Maintain documentation and progress notes in accordance with company policies and professional standards
