We are looking for a therapist excited about supporting children in their naturalistic environments, specifically working closely with ABA as an ally and leader, willing to lead with a collaborative and open mindset to help build a justice oriented and neurodiversity affirming team. Key Details
Job Type: Full-time, salaried (guaranteed pay)
Pay Range: $76,000–$90,000 per year. Pay is guaranteed.
(based on experience, determined through our transparent company-wide pay rubric)Location: Lowell, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday with some after-school hours; flexible scheduling available

🧩 What We’re Looking For
Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
Licensed SLP in the state of Massachusetts (required)
CCC-SLP, background check, and valid driver’s license (required)
Pediatric experience (required)
AAC experience (preferred)
Independence, flexibility, and a passion for helping others
📋 Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations
Provide therapy and consultation in clinic and community settings
Conduct and support AAC evaluations and treatment
Develop and implement treatment plans
Educate and counsel families and caregivers
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary partners, including ABA professionals
