Key Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, salaried (guaranteed pay)

  • Pay Range: $76,000–$90,000 per year. Pay is guaranteed.
    (based on experience, determined through our transparent company-wide pay rubric)

  • Location: Methuen, MA

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday with some after-school hours; flexible scheduling available

🧩 What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology (required)

  • Licensed SLP in the state of Massachusetts (required)

  • CCC-SLP, background check, and valid driver’s license (required)

  • Pediatric experience (required)

  • AAC experience (preferred) or AAC interest (required)

  • Independence, flexibility, and a passion for helping others

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills

📋 Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations

  • Provide therapy and consultation in clinic and community settings

  • Conduct and support AAC evaluations and treatment

  • Develop and implement treatment plans

  • Educate and counsel families and caregivers

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary partners, including ABA professionals
