We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience who can help us develop our occupational therapy program. This position has the potential for leadership development opportunities. This position will also require supporting children in their naturalistic environments (daycares, preschools, homes, and ABA centers).

What we are looking for:

• Experience in pediatrics (required)

• Background check and valid driver's license (required)

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution (required)

• Current Massachusetts OT license in good standing (required)

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy

• Demonstrated leadership abilities or a strong desire to develop leadership skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Job description and responsibilities:

This full time clinical position will be focused on providing clinical services to children and families in the Methuen / Lowell area. In this capacity roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver client-centered OT services within ABA centers and homes, both evaluations and treatment.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive clinical culture

• Participate in program development and process improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive care

• Help establish workflows and resources to expand OT services

• Represent the GTC and our OT department in internal planning and external outreach

Job Type: Salaried (pay is guaranteed)

Pay: The range is $72,000 - $90,000 depending on years of experience. Pay is determined using a standardized rubric used throughout the company.

Incentives: We offer an incentive pay program where clinicians are compensated additional funds each paycheck for each visit seen over a predetermined threshold

Schedule:

This is a Monday through Friday position with after school hours required. We can work around clinicians schedules should a candidate have a strong preference. Our clinician’s schedules can be flexible provided productivity is being met each pay period.
